“The materiality of the architecture was inspired by the surrounding landscape, the iconic Long Jetty on Tuggerah Lake and the local built environment. We therefore used materials such as face-brick, hardwood timber, and fibre cement cladding which are all both low-maintenance and weather-resistant. The apartments, available in two and three-bedroom configurations, are designed to offer spacious living areas, large bathrooms, and universal accessibility. This ensures that residents can comfortably age in place, with features like bathtubs, large showers, lift access, scooter storage, and parking.”
